Child Birth Education and Doula Support
Our comprehensive Prenatal & Postnatal Program is enhanced with the addition of onsite childbirth eduction classes and doula support services through a unique partnership with. Doula support services include care for expectant and new moms as they prepare for delivery, heal and process their birth experience, and welcome their new baby home. This service is wonderful for those who may not have a consistent support system, need overnight help, have had a difficult birth, or need extra emotional support.
Childbirth classes cover a range of topics of interest to expecting and new moms, including:
– Pregnancy, birth, and the first weeks home;
– Nutrition, common discomforts, and selecting the best care provider;
– Natural pain management during labor; and,
– Tips for parents expecting twins, triplets or more.
