Registration Now Open for Our Prenatal and Postnatal Program, Fall 2017
Epiphany Pilates is pleased to offer a comprehensive program for expecting and new moms. Registration is now open for our next session of Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates and barre classes. This program is designed to prepare your body for giving birth and to promote a quick recovery afterwards. During each class, you will strengthen and stretch your body to alleviate aches and pains associated with pregnancy and recovering from childbirth. In addition, the program is the perfect way to help you relax and find balance, rejuvenate and restore your body, and meet other local moms.
Our next session of Prenatal and Postnatal classes will be held November, 1, 2017 through December 17, 2017. The upcoming schedule includes:
Pre/Postnatal Pilates Circuit - Monday, 11am
Baby at the Barre - Tuesday, 11am
Prenatal Pilates - Wednesday, 6:30pm
Mommy and Me Pilates - Thursday, 11am
Bump Barre - Thursday, 6:30pm
Mommy and Me Pilates - Saturday, 1:30pm.
