Getting Started at Epiphany Pilates
Let the journey begin! Thank you for your interest in Epiphany Pilates. We offer a range of Pilates Equipment and Mat classes, as well as Barre, Suspension, and Yoga classes. We also offer private and semi-private training options. We suggest that you start by reviewing our class descriptions and schedule overview. Once you have determined if group classes, equipment classes or private/semi-private training will be your primary focus, follow these four easy steps to get started at Epiphany Pilates. Step 1, 2, and 3 can be completed online or via our mobile app. To download the Epiphany Pilates app, click here for the iPhone or Android version. The app can also be downloaded by searching for 'Epiphany Pilates' directly in the Google Play or iTunes App Store.
Step 1: Create an Account.
Visit our online Scheduler or mobile app to create an account. When using the online Scheduler, click the “Login” button near the top right-hand side of the screen and select the option for “New Client.” When using the mobile app, simply tap “Register”.
Step 2: Purchase a Membership or Pre-paid Package.
We offer several options found on our Pricing page. It is important to determine the right fit based on your budget, time-commitment and goals. Monthly memberships can provide phenomenal savings if you plan to be in the studio 8 or more times per month. If you would like an introduction to our Pilates program before committing to a purchase, add the complimentary Taste of Pilates to your account and book one of our FREE one-on-one Taste of Pilates sessions (see below for instructions).
To add the FREE Taste of Pilates to your account or complete your purchase, be sure to login first on the online Scheduler or mobile app. When using the online scheduler, click the “Memberships” box in the upper, middle portion of the screen and then click “Purchase.” When using the mobile app, tap the “Memberships” icon and then the button displaying the price for the option you have selected.
NOTE: Purchasing a membership or pre-paid package is not the same as booking a class or session. A reservation booking is required for all classes and private/semi-private sessions.
Step 3: Book Your First Class or Your First Session.
In order to book your first class, login on the online Scheduler or mobile app. Scroll across to the day that you wish to begin and click or tap the class. Follow the prompts to complete your booking. Your bookings can be confirmed through our online Scheduler or mobile app. To confirm your bookings, click “My Schedule” under the login pull-down on the online Scheduler or the Calendar icon on the mobile app (see upper left-hand side of the screen).
If you wish to book a private/semi-private session or join our pre/postnatal program, call or email us for scheduling availability.
Step 4: Come to Epiphany Pilates and Enjoy!
- Before your first class or session, print and complete our registration paperwork. To download the registration forms for our group and equipment classes, click HERE. To download the registration forms for our Prenatal & Postnatal Program, click HERE. Copies are also available in the studio.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. Lockers are available to store your belongings.
- Wear comfortable workout clothes that you can move in. Shoes are not permitted, but grippy socks can be worn.
- Bring a water bottle. Filtered water is available at our bottle filling station.
- Ample free parking is available. The studio is located in the Pickett Shopping Center at 9416 Main Street in Fairfax, Virginia, near the intersection with Pickett Road.
