Reflexology Services

Reflexology is a therapeutic natural healing technique that dates back 4,000 years ago to China and Egypt. Modern foot reflexology is the practice of using the hands and fingers to apply precise pressure on specific reflex points that are believed to correspond to the organs, glands and other structures in the body. With the application of pressure to these points, the nervous system is accessed, opening channels for circulation of energy. Through reflexology, stress on the nervous system can be eased, creating faster, more reliable, and effective neural function.

Reflexology brings balance to the body and can be used to:

  • Reduce stress and induce deep relaxation
  • Improve insomnia
