New Mommy & Me Class Starts Saturday, April 14th at 12:30pm

Bringing home baby is an amazing and awesome experience. Nothing compares to all of the smiles, gurgles and butterfly kisses. However, caring for a newborn can be overwhelming and stressful at times. It's difficult to fit in exercise and to find time to socialize with other moms who can relate to the day-to-day ups and downs of being a new mom. It takes a village - the value of a supportive community to the health and wellbeing of new moms cannot be underestimated.

Our new Mommy & Me Pilates and Barre class with be held on Saturday’s at 12:30pm. This special class is designed to help new moms rejuvenate and restore their bodies, and meet other new local moms. Each class provides a great opportunity to bond with baby while realigning the pelvis, reactivating the core, and strengthening and stretching the entire body after delivery. Designed for moms and babies, from age 6 weeks until walking, each Mommy & Me Pilates and Barre class features 25-minutes of baby-wearing barre exercises followed by 25-minutes of Pilates mat exercises that incorporate the weight of baby to tone and sculpt muscles.

To have a sneak peek at all of the fun, we are offering a special “Taste of Mommy & Me Pilates and Barre” class on Saturday, March 24th at 12:30pm. This will enable moms to sign-up for just one class for $25 without committing to the full 6-week session, which will be held April 14th thru May 19th.
