Epiphany Pilates Teacher Training and Apprenticeship Program

The Epiphany Pilates Teacher Training and Apprenticeship Program offers a challenging and rewarding 565-hour comprehensive curriculum to those who want to delve deep into the Pilates methodology and learn to transport clients beyond the surface of the movements. Participants will develop a concrete understanding of the Pilates repertoire, including apparatus and mat exercises, as well as the best way to guide each client throughout their Pilates journey. Our program focuses on kinesiology and anatomy, leaving participants fully equipped to see each client as a whole body and to design individualized movement sequences to effectively meet their needs.
